Limited lifetime warranty

We guarantee the work performed at "Autosonics Auto body & Collision" so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. Warranty will only be valid if vehicle is brought back to Autosonics Auto body & Collision for said warranty repairs. Items on the repair order such as, Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this limited warranty is rust coming through the metal scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions. This is a fragmented four-part Warranty, and specific additional stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated.

Accident and damage estimates

In the Initial estimate the vehicles damages are inspected and the vehicle identification number is entered into the Audatex estimating database and relevant data is entered in the estimating software. The data is compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. However, occasionally there is hidden damage that can not be seen until after the vehicle is disassembled.
