I just reported the accident to my insurance company and was told because you are not on the direct repair list i should use one of there preferred shops, Is that true?

You have the right to have your vehicle repaired by any repair facility of your choice. We are not in any contractual agreements with insurance insurance agencies to have work sent to us. We are a family owned facility that provides quality repairs to any customer that chooses to have repairs done at our facility. The shop is responsible to provide any warranties on there repairs.

When will repairs start on my vehicle once it arrives?

If it is an insurance claim as soon as we receive the estimate, a repair order will be signed by the customer giving us approval to begin. We will then repair the damage to it's pre-loss condition.

Will my vehicle be completed when promised?

In all honesty we can only estimate the amount of time repairs will take. Sometimes due to hidden damage a re-inspection may be needed or additional damage may be found which require more labor or parts. In such an instance the customer will be notified.

What is a deductible and who do i pay it to?

Insurance is designed to share the expense of a loss with you. That means that you pay a portion of the loss in the form of a deductible. Depending on the insurance you buy, and how much of a financial loss you can afford to cover yourself, the deductible represents that portion that you pay out of your own pocket. If your car is damaged and the cost to repair it is $1,000, and you have a $250 deductible, that means that you pay the first $250 and your insurance company pays the $750 balance. The deductible is paid to the shop once repairs are completed.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs performed at your shop.

Yes we do. Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime warranty. Parts and sublet repairs are warrantied by the manufacturer or vendor.
